Shipping Outside Australia
At this time, Funtiriva ships exclusively within Australia.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Customers outside Australia will not be able to complete checkout.
Shipping Process
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the full summary of your purchase. We then begin processing your order, which usually takes 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive another email containing tracking information. Transit typically takes 5–8 business days (Mon–Fri) after dispatch, resulting in a total estimated delivery timeframe of around 6–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.
In the event of a delay beyond the estimated timeframe, customers will be notified via email with updates regarding their order status. Shipments can also be tracked using the tracking link provided in the dispatch confirmation email.
In Case of Delays
If an order has not arrived after the maximum stated delivery timeframe, customers are encouraged to allow up to 2 additional business days and review the tracking information.

Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@funtiriva.com or +61 468 258 125 before the order has been dispatched.
If the order has already been dispatched, it can still be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at contact@funtiriva.com and include clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions and cover all associated return shipping costs.
